lovely boutique hotel experience
quick check-in valet parking serene breakfast
the check-in process was quick. valet parking was a definite plus. breakfast offered a serene experience with great food , relaxing music and attentive staff. i felt pampered.
the bathroom was a bit tiny , but manageable for a short stay.

the staff was warm , cute and always ready to assist with any requests. they were very good too ensure every guest felt comfortable and well-cared for .

my room had contemporary decor and felt high-quality. the bed was comfortable and the amenities included heated towels in the bathroom. the room was looked super fresh upon arrival.

the hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood and is conveniently located for accessing various tourist sites. the area felt quiet and safe , yet many restaurants and pubs are nearby. it was easy to get around.

bad pillows slow response
The pillows were really bad. only two choices existed, and both felt awful on my neck, i got little sleep between that and noise. also, i emailed the front desk multiple times requesting a late checkout, yet it took them over a day just to respond. i then had to call again the morning of my checkout. It felt excessive needing three attempts to get this done.

quiet luxury and perfect service
seating area nespresso machine rainfall shower taxi arrangement
the premium king room was well-appointed with a seating area. a nespresso machine and bottled water were available at no cost. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel arranged a taxi promptly when i needed transportation.
the reception area seemed a little quiet during check-in, i did not perceive a very warm welcome.

the breakfast included a good choice of hot and cold items. i had lunch once and found it tasty. the cosy bar offered a range of drinks in a relaxing setting, everything was very good.

The staffs were helpful and friendly. They clearly aimed to please. i appreciated the valet parking service. It was very efficient. the staff also provided great advice on local attractions.
